Recovery work is carried out for deleted, corrupted, or inaccessible photos, RAW images, and media archives — including data loss originating from a memory card, external disk, or encrypted folder.
Image and media files are typically lost for one of two reasons: physical or logical corruption (a damaged memory card, an accidental format, a sudden shutdown) or loss of access within an encrypted archive or folder. In the first case, recovery is performed by analyzing the file system and file signatures; in the second, a reverse-engineering method appropriate to the relevant archive format is applied.

The file format, source of the issue, and solution path are determined through a free preliminary analysis.
The expected success rate and timeline are clearly communicated.
Following approval, the recovery process is carried out based on the analysis results.
The recovered file is delivered to you through a secure channel.
The preliminary analysis and demo recovery are always free. If, after the demo stage demonstrates that the content is recoverable, you choose not to proceed with the full recovery, a fee of 250 USD + VAT applies, covering the analysis and demo work already performed.
Image/media content is not of interest; only the requested technical operation is carried out. The file may need to be opened to the extent required for recovery verification, but its content is never copied, shared with third parties, or retained on our systems after delivery. If requested, a written confidentiality commitment is also provided.
It depends on whether the data has been physically overwritten; for this reason, it is recommended that no new data be written to the affected drive once data loss is noticed.
JPG, PNG, TIFF, the main RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG), and common video formats are supported.
In most cases, yes. Formatting generally resets the file system but does not physically erase the data; as long as no new data is written, the chance of recovery remains high.
Yes, photos deleted from phone storage or an SD card can also be assessed for recovery using similar methods.
Yes. The service is provided only when you own the file or hold legal authorization to access it. Requests for unauthorized access to someone else's files are not accepted.
Briefly describe the file type you're dealing with, and the right approach will be determined together.
