The party developing the software and the party performing the cybersecurity assessment are the same. This means the software developed is protected against common security vulnerabilities from the design stage onward — there's no separate "security consulting" layer required.

Intellectual Property and Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project, the source code of the developed software and the technical methods used are the intellectual property of Asumona and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Delivery of the source code in open (unencrypted) form is not included in the standard scope; this request must be established in writing at the start of the project, and pricing is determined accordingly. Requests for source code made after project completion are not fulfilled.
Hosting and domain registration are provided by Asumona as part of the standard scope; you do not need to separately research or purchase hosting. Server and panel access credentials are not shared with the client unless otherwise agreed. If installation on the client's own hosting is requested, the source code is delivered in encrypted/protected form unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project.
