Scope
Corporate field applications, customer apps, internal process management applications, and consumer-facing mobile products are developed. Depending on project needs, a single-platform (iOS or Android only) or cross-platform approach is recommended.
Security and Data Protection
Secure storage and transmission of user data is an integral part of the development process for mobile applications; API security and local data encryption are designed in from the start.
Process
The entire process, from needs analysis to store (App Store / Google Play) publication, is carried out by the same accountable person; there's no loss of coordination between separate design, development, and testing teams.
Store Developer Account
Under App Store and Google Play platform rules, developer accounts cannot be transferred to another owner. For this reason, applications are published through Asumona's developer account unless otherwise requested at the start of the project. If you want the application published under your own registered account, this request must be communicated at the start of the project; in that case, the process is carried out through your own developer account.

Intellectual Property and Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project, the source code of the developed software and the technical methods used are the intellectual property of Asumona and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Delivery of the source code in open (unencrypted) form is not included in the standard scope; this request must be established in writing at the start of the project, and pricing is determined accordingly. Requests for source code made after project completion are not fulfilled.
Hosting and domain registration are provided by Asumona as part of the standard scope; you do not need to separately research or purchase hosting. Server and panel access credentials are not shared with the client unless otherwise agreed. If installation on the client's own hosting is requested, the source code is delivered in encrypted/protected form unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project.

Is publishing the app to the store included in the scope?
Yes, App Store and Google Play publication processes are included.
