Software is developed for academic research projects, custom algorithm development, automation tools, data processing pipelines, and idea-stage projects of a kind not addressed by off-the-shelf products.
From Idea to Product
If a project doesn't yet have a clear technical definition, the idea is first clarified together; development begins once the scope and technical approach have been determined.
Confidentiality
Custom project ideas and content are not shared with third parties; if requested, a confidentiality agreement is signed before the project begins.

Intellectual Property and Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project, the source code of the developed software and the technical methods used are the intellectual property of Asumona and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Delivery of the source code in open (unencrypted) form is not included in the standard scope; this request must be established in writing at the start of the project, and pricing is determined accordingly. Requests for source code made after project completion are not fulfilled.
Hosting and domain registration are provided by Asumona as part of the standard scope; you do not need to separately research or purchase hosting. Server and panel access credentials are not shared with the client unless otherwise agreed. If installation on the client's own hosting is requested, the source code is delivered in encrypted/protected form unless otherwise agreed in writing at the start of the project.
