Encrypted File & Data Recovery / Disk & Drive

Recovery for Encrypted Disks and Drives

Access recovery is carried out for HDDs, SSDs, and external drives protected by full-disk/drive encryption solutions such as BitLocker and VeraCrypt, following the loss of a recovery key or password.

Full-disk encryption provides strong protection against scenarios such as a stolen laptop or external drive — but when the recovery key or password is lost, that same protection works against your own data. For HDD/SSD encryption, the recovery strategy applied depends on the physical condition of the disk and the encryption method used.

Recovery

Following approval, the recovery process is carried out based on the analysis results.

04

Delivery

The recovered file is delivered to you through a secure channel.

Pricing Policy

The preliminary analysis and demo recovery are always free. If, after the demo stage demonstrates that the content is recoverable, you choose not to proceed with the full recovery, a fee of 250 USD + VAT applies, covering the analysis and demo work already performed.

Confidentiality Commitment

Disk content is not of interest; only the requested technical operation is carried out. The file may need to be opened to the extent required for recovery verification, but its content is never copied, shared with third parties, or retained on our systems after delivery. If requested, a written confidentiality commitment is also provided.
