Encrypted File & Data Recovery / Database

Database File Recovery and Password Removal

Regain access to your corporate data in SQL backups, Access, and SQL Server database files that have become unreachable due to corruption, access loss, or password protection.

SQLMDB / ACCDBMDF / NDF

Database files hold an organization's most critical data — customer records, inventory, and accounting. Access to these files can be interrupted for a range of reasons, from password protection to file corruption or incompatibilities arising during a server migration. Because each database engine has its own file structure, the recovery method also varies by engine.

Common Database Problems

Corruption & Inconsistency

A sudden shutdown, disk error, or power failure can corrupt a database file, resulting in table or index inconsistencies.

Password / Access Loss

A forgotten password on an Access database or a custom encrypted database file can completely block access to the archive.

Version Incompatibility

When migrating to a different SQL Server or Access version, files in an older format may fail to connect.

Incomplete or Corrupted Backup

An interruption during backup, a transfer error, or an incorrect format can leave a .sql file only partially readable.

How Does the Process Work?

01

File Analysis

The file format, source of the issue, and solution path are determined through a free preliminary analysis.

02

Analysis Result

The expected success rate and timeline are clearly communicated.

03

Recovery

Following approval, the recovery process is carried out based on the analysis results.

04

Delivery

The recovered file is delivered to you through a secure channel.

Pricing Policy

The preliminary analysis and demo recovery are always free. If, after the demo stage demonstrates that the content is recoverable, you choose not to proceed with the full recovery, a fee of 250 USD + VAT applies, covering the analysis and demo work already performed.

Confidentiality Commitment

Database content is not of interest; only the requested technical operation is carried out. The file may need to be opened to the extent required for recovery verification, but its content is never copied, shared with third parties, or retained on our systems after delivery. If requested, a written confidentiality commitment is also provided.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you see the data inside the database?

Database content is not of interest; only the access/integrity issue is resolved. Content is never copied, shared with third parties, or retained on our systems after delivery.

Do you work on a live server?

No, work is always carried out on a copy of the file; your original system is never directly touched.

I don't have a backup, only a corrupted file — is recovery still possible?

Yes, even without a backup, a recovery attempt is made by analyzing the file's own internal structure; the likelihood becomes clear after a preliminary analysis.

Is there a legal condition for using this service?

Yes. The service is provided only when you own the file or hold legal authorization to access it. Requests for unauthorized access to someone else's files are not accepted.

Don't see your file format here?

Briefly describe the file type you're dealing with, and the right approach will be determined together.
